The Speaker granted the limited powers of free conference as requested. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. 2011-04-17 House Journal Page 1083 The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considering HB 19 and SCS HB 19(STA) recommends the following be adopted: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19 "An Act relating to special request registration plates; and providing for an effective date." The report was signed by Representatives Lynn (Chair), Seaton, Holmes; and Senators Meyer (Chair), Wielechowski, Menard. The following fiscal note(s) apply to CCS HB 19: 1. Zero, Dept. of Administration Representative Austerman moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 19. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?"
